I don't know if you ever got my e-mail that I sent on Saturday.............in a "nutshell"........ File in Federal Court, the following Actions: Title 18 U.S.C., Sec. 241: "conspiracy against rights"; 18 USC, Sec. 242:
"Deprivation of rights under color of law"; 42 USC, Sec.1985 (3): "Depriving persons of rights or privaleges"; 42USC, Sec. 1983: [your recourse for being denied your rights]: " Civil action for deprivation of rights".
......likely the Sheriff of La Paz Co. and the QPD Chief are "buds", if not......have the Sheriff arrest the Chief.....make a citizens arrest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
